The Monster Procicuit Rally Team got first and second places in the same category, which is not an easy thing to do, and, even though it wasn’t the only squad to achieve this, we have named it the outstanding one of the Río Bueno – La Unión trophy. Three Citröen binomials came out solidly after 446.06 travelled kilometers, free from any major mishaps.

In R3, the stars were Samuel Israel and Vicente Israel, who won first and second positions respectively, far from Ramón Ibarra, who finished the round third. The difference is one of 5 minutes and 43 seconds from Vicente. The Israel cousins trailed each other by turns throughout the entire weekend and they both fulfilled strong performances, being aware of how important it was to look after the podium using such strategy to do so. The first day and the Power Stage were taken by Vicente and Sunday was leaded by Samuel.

Benjamín Israel concluded the race managing to keep his Citröen in competition, nowhere near significant incidents, which allowed him to gain experience and trust on “The Beast”, to face the next season’s great challenges in the company of his family.

The unit, headed by the Israel Family, knew how to do things right and overcome pressure. Adding up points was the target and they succeeded in the best way.
