Pedro Heller and Pablo Olmos managed to win the fifth special stage of Rally Turkey, which corresponds to Çetibeli, of a 38.1 km distance. The duo is now making history on Chilean motor sport and can dream about a great round, even though incidents and drop-outs are expected.
It’s not the first time Heller and Olmos achieve positive results in WRC. Let’s remember when in Mexico and Argentina they marked a precedent by stepping on the podium in both races, which has made of 2018 a big year for them. Now, they stand out for winning the season’s longest stage, and they’re up for more.
31 minutes, 40 seconds and 9 tenths were enough for “Drope” Heller to finish first, getting away from British Ingram with 9 tenths, and from local driver, Burak Cukurova, by 1’25” 6. Pontus Tidemand arrived fourth, more than two minutes far from our RallyMobil driver.
