When a team arrives to a round with clear objectives, it seems that chances of making mistakes shrink, even knowing that anything can happen in a rally. We talked to Monster Procircuit Rally Team, a squad that managed to go up the podium with its three duos, and proved that they’re on a good level to get into R5.
Samuel Israel was the great winner of R3 with a time of 1 hour, 29 minutes and 56 seconds, edging out his cousin Vicente by a difference of 19,4 seconds. Emilio Rosselot came third, he also hit Pichilemu thinking on leading the championship, nevertheless, the Israels’ forcefulness and speed was greater.
Benjamín Israel, R5 driver, had an outstanding round as he reached second place and was overtaken only by the participant of the moment, Alberto Heller. “Benja” made it to Pichilemu confident, backed by the fact that he had won the two previous versions of this race in R3, and being sure that the development next to his co-driver Marcelo Der Ohanessian has become fruitful over time.
The Israels went up on the podium and made clear that they’re up for big stuff, this is why they are our team of the round.
